1. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit is required before any work commences.
The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to website handover, launch, or transfer of files.

BizStarter reserves the right to pause or delay delivery if payments are overdue.

2. Revisions

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds as outlined in your selected service tier.

Additional revisions beyond the included scope may incur additional fees at our standard hourly rate.

3. Client Content Responsibility

Clients are responsible for supplying accurate, lawful, and complete content including text, images, branding assets, and business information.

BizStarter is not liable for errors, copyright breaches, or inaccuracies in materials provided by the client.

4. Timelines & Delivery

Project timelines are dependent on prompt communication, feedback, and content delivery from the client.

Delays in providing required information may extend delivery timeframes.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Full ownership of the completed website or deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment has been received.

BizStarter retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Hosting & Ongoing Services

Hosting, maintenance, SEO, or other ongoing services (if applicable) are billed separately unless explicitly included in your selected package.

Failure to maintain hosting payments may result in suspension of services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If termination occurs after substantial work has been completed, BizStarter reserves the right to invoice for work performed.

8. Limitation of Liability

BizStarter is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use delivered services.

We do not guarantee specific business results, rankings, revenue increases, or marketing performance outcomes.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We collect and use data necessary to deliver services and respond to enquiries.
